SHIPPING:
We will ship your order within 24/48 hours upon receiving it. We usually ship via USPS or UPS. RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We thank you for your business and want you to be happy with your purchase from Ritzy Bitzy. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please send an email to info@ritzybitzy.com with RETURN on the subject line and the order number in the email body and we will send you a return authorization number. You may return it for a refund, exchange, or site credit within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item. All merchandise must be in brand new condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice sent to you with your package and a reason for the return.

We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance with your return package as Ritzy Bitzy will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please not if the items received are not in the same condition they were in it will be sent back to you at your expense.
